In-Person Tasting
WHENEVER, WHEREVER (in the NY Metro Area)
An in-person wine tasting for you and your friends/family is a fun experience for any occasion and is tailored to what you’re looking for! We’ll chat first about what wines/themes interest you, the level of learning you’re looking for / how in-depth we should get. Maybe you just want to drink some great wine with some great friends! Or maybe you’re interested in a wine and food pairing. Perhaps a deep dive into wines from Bordeaux? From there I’ll come up with a custom tasting for you and your party, provide the guides and materials and sommelier services.
Not only do I love wine, but I really enjoy sharing knowledge with others and enjoying wine with folks who are also interested in wine! My goal is to create a fun experience for you and your party, while imparting my knowledge that you can then share with others. Expect a laid back, approachable and custom experience.
Price: Varies based on custom experience and number of guests; We can agree on a wine list for you to procure, or an additional fee of $30 + the cost of wine will be included if you prefer me to procure the wines and bring them.
Time: Varies based on custom experience; Generally 1.5 - 2 hours.
In the NYC area? I often hold impromptu tastings so I can try new bottles for around $20-40pp (depending on the wines). Email me so I can get in touch if you’re interested next time!
Virtual Tasting
(WFH) WINE FROM HOME
Virtual wine tastings are held via Zoom. Once you and/or your party are signed up, I’ll provide a link to everyone on the call — so no matter where you and your friends are, everyone can partake!
While you’re in charge of procuring your own wine, I will provide either a list of specific wines or guidelines on which bottles to choose. Otherwise I’ll take care of everything else! We’ll make sure everyone in the group can find wines they can buy either locally or online that fit our theme.
Prior to the tasting everyone will receive our guides and materials, tailored to our tasting. Whether you have a theme in mind (ie. Italian Reds, or French wine, or White wine), I help you choose a theme, or you just want a general overview of wines - I want to make this as tailored and custom to you! The key is having a great time tasting wine - and we can incorporate as little or as much learning as you want!
Price: Starts at $30 per person
Time: 1-2 hours (varies based on experience)
